By accessing and using NuToolz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

NuToolz provides free online tools for document creation, file conversion, image processing, text analysis, code formatting, and other utility functions. All tools process data locally in your web browser — no files are uploaded to our servers.

The content you create using our tools belongs entirely to you. NuToolz does not claim ownership of any files, documents, resumes, images, or other content you create or process using our tools.

Since all processing happens in your browser, we never have access to your content in the first place.

The NuToolz website, its design, code, branding, and logo are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Service
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable human usage
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to create content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Results obtained from the tools will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected in a timely manner

You use the Service at your own risk. We recommend saving important work locally and not relying solely on browser-based tools for critical tasks.

In no event shall NuToolz, its owners, operators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is $0, as the Service is free).

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of India for the resolution of any disputes.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against NuToolz.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
